2014 Mas de La Seranne, 14.5% 60% Syrah, 20 % Grenache, 10% Mouvedre. The rest 10% is from late ripening Carignan with 25 hl/ha yield planted in 1953. Vineyard on pbbles limestone soil.

2007 started practicing organic. 2009 converted. 2012 certified organic.

Ripe black berries with mixed species. With lots of structure and velvet tannins.

Plan de L’Homme Habilis 2014 Grenache 65% Syhah 30% Carignan 5%

12 ha. 3 ha of Roussane for Coteaux de Languedoc white.

Really soft and delicate red berries with a kick of spices. The tannins are hardly noticeable but has good structure and long juicy finish. Love it.

Wow, really spicy on the palate! Wild herbs, forest berries, but the spicy note is really noticeable but in a good way. I wonder if it will go well with spicy hotpot for people who love the sensation of hot chilli? But it certainly went very well with the duck leg confit.

2009 Vintage. Also a spicy attack but very round and smooth on the palate. Somehow missing the structure.

20 ha Grenache, Syrah, Mouvedre, Cinsault, Carignan (60 years vines)

There are also Chenin 1.5 ha and Vermentino, Viognier which makes sweet or dry wines. Organic not certified

It’s a Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault blend. Soft, fruity and very approachable.
