General Product Purchasing Terms & Conditions

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. General Events & Courses Booking Terms & Conditions

Your booking is not secured until payment is received – all events must be paid for in advance.
Cancellations received more than 4 weeks prior to event date – you can choose to receive a refund, send a substitute, transfer to another event, or receive a credit against any of our future events.
Cancellations received between 4 weeks to 2 weeks prior to event date – you can choose to send a substitute, transfer to another event, or receive a credit against any of our future events. No refunds will be provided.
Cancellations received between 2 weeks prior and up to the day of the event – you can choose to send a substitute. No refunds, credits or transfers will be provided.
When issuing refunds we reserve the right to deduct unrecoverable payment processing fees incurred with the booking.
In the event of 'no-shows' - no refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided.
On occasion due to unforeseen circumstances we may need to postpone or reschedule a course or event. If alternative date or a credit is not acceptable we will refund payment in full.
Where circumstances are beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to postpone and reschedule all or part of any course or event and no refunds will be offered
We reserve the right to change the venue of any course or event to one of equal or superior quality (and within the same vicinity).
We reserve the right to ask any person to leave any event if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable or disruptive to others.
We do not serve alcohol to guests under the age of 18.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 Year from date of issue.

Corporate & Private Events

For Corporate and Private events, a non-refundable deposit is payable to hold the date and the remaining balance must be paid before the event.
Final numbers must be confirmed no later than 1 week before the event. Our invoice will be based on these numbers as a minimum and the cost of any additional guests attending will be detailed on a final invoice if applicable.
