Join Camellia and Vine team to explore the fascinating world of tea in Central London.

Hosted by Camellia and Vine's Chief Educator, Tea Sommelier @leonadepasquale.wine.tea , and Tea Event Specialist @tobyhanmore , this workshop will take you through the 5 most popular categories of tea starting with Green (Japanese Vs Pan Fired), White, Oolong (Green Vs roasted), Black (Assamica Vs sinensis), and then finishing with a Shu Puer.  

We will start with a very special sparkling tea: @saichodrinks Saicho Eight Immortals which is a rare Dan Cong oolong tea from Phoenix Mountain in Guangdong Province, China. 

Followed by a comparison of 8 different teas progressing through the intensity of flavours and a brief discussion of processing.
