Very well-balanced masterpiece of acidity, tannins, and the desired playful Mtsvane’s grapey taste. Aromas like pear, apple and yellow plums (Mirabelles) are dancing with each other on the tongue.

This wine was mainly made in the traditional method of western Georgian vinification, i.e. short maceration (one week) on full amount (100%) of must (skins, seeds, and stems), then removed and juice continued fermentation in the same qvevri without must.
