Viticulture
From some of the best vineyards in the Roussillon, this distincively French white wine is crafted from native varietals to the region, usually a blend of Colombard, Vermentino, Marsanne or Grenache Blanc. The soils are rich in clay and silt.
Winemaking
A traditional white wine fermentation follows a direct pressing and racking in stainless steel without carbonic maceration.
Oak Ageing
No oak ageing
Tasting Note
Slightly floral on the nose with a hint of minerality and pastry. Honeysuckle, peaches and herbs shine through supported by lovely texture, depth and weight. A salivating mouth, which is slightly saline and with juicy pear notes.
Food Matching
This stands up well to rich paté, creamy sauces and white meats.

Tasting Note
A pale cherry red with burgundy highlights. Slightly smoky on the nose, black berry flavours and a hint of garrigue this wine has a vibrant colour, lovely tannins and fresh acidity. Cranberry, strawberry and raspberry are evident as well as subtle notes of floral notes such as rose petal and violets. Excellent length and tannins.
